As of March, we have determined and implemented a series of action plans for our guests related to the Coronavirus, which has influenced our country and the whole world. So far, we have refunded all of the fees paid by those who want to cancel or postpone their reservation to the date they want without sacrificing any of our guests who request a cancellation. As Boutique Villam, we were with our guests in such a pandemic period.
In the next period, with the start of the summer period, as Butik Villam, we made some decisions for this season and started to implement them. These;
1- We will not make the victims of our esteemed guests by evaluating the date change or cancellation request of all reservations made during the pandemic period.
2- We deliver the villas we work at each guest entrance in accordance with the criteria of the Ministry of Health, disinfected by Şifa İlaçlama.
3- During the cleaning of the villas, the windows in the rooms and other closed areas of the villa will be open during the cleaning period (average 5 hours) and will be ventilated for another 1 hour after cleaning.
4- During the cleaning of the villas, our cleaning staff will clean their hands by wearing their masks / gloves.
5- During the cleaning of the villas, the cleaning of the surfaces (door handles, batteries, handrails, frequently touched buttons (elevator, lighting, etc.), telephone handset, TV control) and the toilet and sinks in the common areas will be done in detail. For cleaning of these areas, after cleaning with water and detergent, cleaning will be done with bleach.
6- During pandemic we will not do midweek cleaning, but will place in new sheets/towels, which guest will have to replace if requested.
