Villa Shine is a large property situated in the popular location of Kalamar in Kalkan, which offers stunning sea view while being nestled in the luscious green hillside. This location offers plenty of restaurant choices and local convenience shops nearby, or alternatively Kalkan centre is a 20-minute walk or short 5-minute drive away. The property has 5 bedrooms all of which offer sea views and enough space for up to 10 people.  

The interior of the villa is luxurious and modern, complete with quality furnishings throughout. Outside you will find the beautiful terrace area complete with private infinity pool that appears to overflow into the blue waters of the Mediterranean. It is a great area for socialising and soaking in the stunning vistas.

Villa will be presented fully clean and with fresh linens, weekly cleaning will take place however should you require extra services this can be provided at an extra cost.  

Deposit: Damage deposit is required upon arrival and is refundable before departure upon review of breakages and damage.
